This occurs running Beta Nvidia Driver 162.18 for Windows XP
After removing the Beta driver and installing a public release this issue(also the most common, among a lot of us that
are getting kicked) arises. In this picture, PunkbusterB had an error, in other instances it's PunkbusterA. Usually when it
fails, it triggers the window crash report notification as well
